Northeast Telephone Banking
Northeast Telephone Banking is your connection to Northeast Bank, giving you immediate access to the information you need most often. With Northeast Telephone Banking, you can quickly and easily:
- Make account balance inquiries
- Determine the last six transactions on your account
- Verify social security deposits as well as other electronic funds or ATM transactions
- Attain rate and product information
- Initiate fund transfers between designated accounts
- Activate a debt card
- Deactivate a lost or stolen debit card
Call 651-628-9807 from any touch-tone phone. Wait for the greeting and follow the prompts to perform the transactions you desire. The first time you call, the system will prompt you to identify yourself by entering information requested. You will then be prompted to choose a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) that only you know.
Northeast Bank Debit Card
As a Northeast Checking account customer; you are offered a Northeast Bank Debit Card. Your card, in conjuction with your Personal Identification Number (PIN), offers a fast, easy and convenient way to pay for your purchases anywhere Visa® is accepted. When you use your Northeast Bank Debit Card, funds are deducted from your checking account. You can view your transactions anytime using NetTeller Online Banking. Transactions are also listed on your monthly statements.
Your Northeast Bank Debit Card is also a Cash Card and gives you worldwide access to cash from your accounts at any automatic teller machine (ATM) displaying the Networks symbols on the back of your card. You can also make deposits, transfer funds and check your balances. All services are not available at all ATMs. Locate the surcharge-free ATM nearest you at http://www.moneypass.com/atm-locator.aspx.

Lost or Stolen Northeast Bank Debit Card
Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately by calling our Minneapolis office at 612-379-8811 during banking hours. Outside of banking hours, please call our 24-hour Telephone Banking number at 651-628-9807, option 5 or access your account through NetTeller Online Banking to deactivate your card.

Northeast Health Savings Account
If you are self employed or have an insurance plan with a high deductible, a Health Savings Account could be an excellent way for you to use pre-tax dollars to pay out-of-pocket medical expenses. Check with your insurance provider or your employer to determine if a health savings account would benefit you. If balance falls below $1,000 any day during the statement cycle, you will be charged a basic fee of $5.
