Credit Analyst


Prepares thorough credit analysis on a wide range of customers and loan types through preparation of written credit presentations and annual reviews. Works with lenders to ensure files are complete and actively participates in loan committees. Completes quarterly reports on relationships with higher risk. Monitors receipt of monthly borrowing bases and tracks covenant compliance.


1. Works directly with lenders to prepare loan committee credit presentations, annual reviews, and other correspondence and memos, including those that do and do not require loan committee approval, on new and existing relationships. This process includes a thorough analysis of financial performance, both historical and projected, collateral evaluation, payment history, management capacity and ability, economic and competitive influences, risk rating assessment, and covenant establishment and compliance. Independently identifies any areas of concern within the analysis and works to resolve them either with lender or with other credit staff. Assists lenders in identifying cross-selling opportunities on credit presentations and attends off-site client calls with lenders as requested to assist in analysis. Presents credit to committee in lender's absence.

2. Works with Lender to identify items needed to complete analysis and update file to ensure completeness of file. Works directly with the borrower when necessary to obtain additional information.

3. Participates in loan committee by providing added insight and answering any unresolved questions.

4. Works with others in analyst group to prepare quarterly reports on loan relationships risk-rated watch or worse. These reports include an analysis of the borrower's repayment capacity, current collateral valuations, and other pertinent factors in assessing and measuring the risk associated with the relationship. Work with lenders to formulate and track progress of action plans associated with each relationship. Assesses validity of current risk rating and makes recommendations for any needed modifications.

5. Monitors receipt of monthly borrowing bases, along with tracking of borrowing base formula compliance, and updating internal tracking systems. Restricts borrowing availability of borrower if warranted and notifies lender of the same.



Minimum 4-year College degree, with emphasis in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field; or 2-year College Degree with 2 years of other work-related experience.

Account Services Rep II


Provides customer service via telephone, process wire transfers, un-posted items, large items, and all outgoing and incoming returns.


1. Answer customer phone calls regarding balances, transfers, in-coming and out-going wire transfers, stop payments, and general questions by displaying a positive attitude and assisting the customer with their needs. Cross-sell products that are beneficial to the customer. Work well as a team to ensure that customers have the information that they need and no one person takes the majority of the phone calls.

2. Responsible for reviewing signatures and endorsements on large items and complete credit references in a timely manner. Complete various research projects as needed.


1. Responsible for reviewing Stop Payment Report and process returns.

2. Responsible for processing and keying CD checks and balance 800 accounts.

3. Reviews Fluctuation report daily. Handles all return mail, distributes it to appropriate departments/personal. Responsible for sweep accounts: process daily notice and monthly statement.


1. Responsible for reconciling any items in the POD account. Responsible for processing Federal Reserve incoming check returns.

2. Prepare and distribute morning green bar reports and notices and cd interest checks. Prepare morning courier bags for pickup.

3. Responsible for processing Lockbox deposits through Remote Deposit. Scan signature cards and file new and redeemed CD's.


1. Responsible for reconciling Un-posted items. Prepare mixed deposit report and send NOC's. Responsible for printing/mailing NSF notices in a timely manner. Maintain closed account forms/pulling and file closed signature cards.

2. Responsible for preparing Lockbox check totals.

3. Balance teller general ledger accounts (personal money orders). Responsible for reconciling the Debit Card account.



• High school diploma or general education degree


• A minimum of 1 to 2 years customer service, and phone experience in an office environment
