Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Immediately report your lost or stolen card by calling our Minneapolis office at 612-379-8811 during banking hours. Outside of banking hours, please call our toll-free 24-hour telephone banking number at 1-844-628-9807 and select option 4 - Card Services, or access your account through Online Banking > Options > ATM/Debit Card and mark your debit card as Lost/Stolen.

We have a notary public at each of our locations for your official documents. Please note that this service is only available for Northeast Bank customers.
We offer wire transfers as a service to our customers. Fees apply.
Please note that we have implemented an updated wire transfer process which requires customers to either have a signed Wire Transfer Agreement in place or to come into the bank to request wire transfers. If you may need to wire money in the future, please contact your banker and we can get a wire transfer agreement setup for you.
